There was anger and uproar last night at the luggage hall of the arrival terminal of the Kotoka International Airport when about 100 passengers on KLM returned home without their luggage. The tensed and frustrated passengers had one, two or their entire luggage not arriving with them. Some were so angry that they would not listen to any explanation from Airline officials.
According to our airport correspondent, sources close to the Airline said the problem had to do with difficulties the luggage sorting mechanism faced in Amsterdam. Passengers staying outside Accra who were supposed to continue their journey were the most frustrated.
